Estimating process

it is important for our company to provide you with an accurate estimate. our company prefers to schedule in person estimates then we can get a good look at the items we are taking off of the property. we do offer ruff estimates over the phone if your looking for a quick estimate good photos must be provided and it is only a ruff estimate based on those photos things maybe subject to change upon arrival. if your interested in Same day pick up the estimate will be sent out and agreed to before we begin the work if we have an opening there will be no extra cost but if our schedule is full we do add on a extra 10% for same day pick up. schedule a free estimate right down below on our calendar or give us a call at (586)556-2146

Heavy materials such as Dirt, gravel, stone, concrete based price on material total volume up to max 1 foot height in a full trailer load

price will include a sweep after the mess , Removing all the items from your home and loading them into the truck , along with all local dumping and recycling fee’s

curb side vs in home pick up it is cheaper for us to pick it up out on the street/curb or garage if a open driveway is provided compared to in home pick up where more labor maybe needed and more liability maybe more of a concern for some family’s. our dump fees are included with one hour of time for the crew to help load anything up for in home pick ups if it is estimated to take more then an hour to load up the items the additional time will be qouted at $90/hr for two crew members to be working on scene so if its a full trailer and its going to take us two hours to load up everything it would be a total of $590

we charge $90/hr for labor services wrapped into one set job price

    this cost only includes one hour of labor and the disposal of what was loaded into the trailer by the client or employee. if extra labor is requested we charge an additional $90 per man hour.
